What You'll Do
As a Customer Service Representative in our Revenue Cycle Business Services department, you will be responsible for contributing to the achievement of service delivery, performance standards, and financial targets. Your primary focus will be ensuring that patients have a positive customer experience while resolving their accounts in a timely and accurate manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Account Resolution: Efficiently and accurately resolve patient accounts, ensuring all billing inquiries, payment questions, and account discrepancies are addressed promptly and professionally.
- Schedule Adherence: Be available to assist customers by closely adhering to set schedules and handle time standards, ensuring consistent availability and responsiveness.
- Compassionate Customer Interaction: Treat every customer with compassion, respect, and empathy, creating a welcoming and supportive experience for all patients.

Compensation & Benefits
arenaflex is proud to offer a competitive compensation package that reflects the importance of your role in supporting our patients and organization. The pay range for this position is $18.66 - $29.06 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
