- What You’ll Do:
- Handle 80+ inbound calls daily in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Use scripted communication to provide consistent, accurate, and friendly service
- Assess customer needs, resolve concerns, and schedule appointments efficiently
- Accurately enter data into our customer management systems
- Listen actively and communicate with empathy and professionalism
- What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of call center or customer-facing experience preferred, but not required
- Fluent English communication (spoken and written); bilingual Spanish-English candidates highly encouraged to apply
- Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of navigating single or multi-screen setups
- Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented with accurate data entry and multitasking abilities
- Availability to work at least one weekend, day per week
- A quiet, interruption-free home office environment
- Part Time or Full Time Opportunities available
Hours of Operation:
We are actively hiring for shifts between 7:00 AM – 11:00 PM Eastern Time. Scheduling flexibility, especially for evenings and weekends, is highly valued.
