What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the friendly voice that customers connect with when they need assistance. Your role is crucial in maintaining our reputation for exceptional service. Here's what you can expect:

  • Must be available to work weekends—our customers need us seven days a week

  • Proficient with internet navigation, data entry, and the ability to swiftly move between multiple programs simultaneously

  • Strong typing skills and solid computer literacy

  • Excellent customer service skills with a genuine desire to help others

  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening abilities
