Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Pharmacy Support: Assist customers with prescription transfers, medication questions, order status updates, billing inquiries, and insurance processing. Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all customer interactions.

  • Safety & Compliance Adherence: Follow strict safety protocols and regulatory guidelines to ensure all customer interactions meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. Protect customer information and maintain confidentiality at all times.

  • Going Above and Beyond: Exceed customer expectations by anticipating needs, offering proactive solutions, and creating personalized experiences that "wow" pet parents and reinforce their trust in arenaflex.

  • Documentation & Reporting: Accurately document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in our CRM system. Contribute to knowledge base articles and process improvements that enhance team efficiency.

  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, industry regulations, and best practices in customer service. Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance your skills.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with team members, supervisors, and cross-functional departments to resolve complex issues and ensure seamless customer experiences.

Essential Qualifications
