Responsibilities

  • Communicate with members via phone and email, providing empathetic support in every interaction
  • Listen to member needs and deliver tailored solutions to their unique financial situations
  • Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and best practices
  • Accurately document member interactions and activities for record-keeping
  • Assist with onboarding and account setup for new members

Skills

  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Availability for an 8-hour shift between 6am - 8pm
  • People-focused approach with a solution-oriented mindset
  • Ability to manage a high volume of inbound calls
  • Experience in a digital finance or financial services environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically under pressure
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Bilingual skills, particularly in Spanish, to assist a diverse member base
