What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Support Specialist at arenaflex, your primary focus will be delivering exceptional telephone-based support to our valued members. This role requires someone who excels at rapid problem resolution and takes pride in achieving first-call resolution whenever possible.

Member Support & Communication



  • Handle inbound telephonic calls from arenaflex members with professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency

  • Provide comprehensive over-the-phone support, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests with accuracy and timeliness

  • Specialize in achieving first-call resolution to ensure members receive immediate answers and solutions

  • Effectively manage and respond to written inquiries submitted by customers through various channels

  • Educate customers on the arenaflex program offerings, benefits, and website navigation

  • Capture and process submitted events accurately in our system

Issue Resolution & Escalation



  • Submit requests to appropriate departments to prevent recurring issues and ensure comprehensive problem resolution

  • Ensure rapid response and professional handling of escalated inquiries

  • Communicate any operational issues or concerns to internal teams promptly, including loading support tickets to ensure system-related matters are addressed

Process Improvement & Analysis



  • Maintain and continuously develop knowledge of the arenaflex program, staying current on all updates and enhancements

  • Identify areas in need of improvement and propose creative solutions to better serve our members

  • Track, analyze, and report on improvements to current processes, contributing to overall operational excellence

  • Identify problems or gaps within current workflows and help devise innovative solutions

Effective Communication



  • Communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing, with diverse audiences including members, internal teams, and external partners

  • Understand your audience and tailor your approach to meet their specific needs

  • Anticipate questions and prepare comprehensive responses that address current and potential follow-up inquiries

  • Properly position and present information to ensure clarity and understanding

  • Recognize the impact of the information you share and communicate with appropriate sensitivity and clarity
