This role is different. Every deal pays you $1,000–$2,000 upfront AND 20% of the monthly subscription for as long as the customer stays. On a $1,000/mo account, that's $200/mo of residual per deal, until they cancel. (We have incredibly low churn) Close consistently for six months and your residual book alone starts paying more than most cold callers' W2.

What We Sell

Leads Never Sleep is a complete AI Growth System for small businesses — plumbers, HVAC, roofers, PI attorneys, dentists, tanning salons, barber shops, tattoo removal, laser hair removal, salons, wellness centers, hormone clinics, auto body repair, etc. The pitch has two parts and they both close themselves:

1. We patch the leak. Our AI voice receptionist answers every call 24/7, qualifies the caller, and books the job. No more missed calls, no more voicemails, no more lost customers going to the next plumber on Google.

2. Then we turn up the volume. Once the leak is patched, we drive more traffic to the business that the AI will catch without fail:
• Google Business Profile optimization — we flip them to 24/7 hours so they get boosted to the top of search at night when competitors are closed
• Automated 5-star review system — compounds their organic ranking and social proof every month
• Appointment reminders — kills the no-show rate so the jobs the AI books actually happen

Every new call from the boosted traffic gets caught by the AI. Every booked job actually shows up. Owners see the ROI inside the first week. $500–$1,000/month, recurring.

The Role

Full-cycle: you set, demo, and close. No handoffs. We'll provide a live AI demo number prospects can call mid-conversation to hear the receptionist work in real time — one-call-closes are the goal, booked demos (done by you, within 48 hours) are the fallback.

Compensation
• $1,000–$2,000 per closed deal, paid on signup
• 20% of MRR for the life of the account — $100–$200/mo per deal, compounding
• Uncapped. 1099. No base. Top-performer Year 1 trajectory: $150K–$250K+

Who We Want
• 2+ years B2B phone sales, with closes under your belt (not just appointment-setting)
• Full-cycle capable — qualify, demo, handle objections, and close on the same call
• You know your own numbers without looking them up
• Real phone voice, thick skin, hungry for residual
• 20+ hours/week of actual dialing minimum

We're building out our outbound team and hiring founding cold callers. You'll have real input on positioning, lists, and scripts, and a path to help lead the team as we scale.
