Position Overview

As a Remote Customer Service & Data Entry Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing a wide variety of administrative and staff support services for our claims coordination team. This is a fully remote position, meaning you can work from anywhere in the United States as long as you have a reliable high-speed internet connection. Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be primarily responsible for data entry of claims information into our advanced claims management systems. Your daily tasks will include, but are not limited to:


  • Claims Data Entry: Accurately input and update claims information into our proprietary claims management systems, ensuring all data is entered correctly and in a timely manner.

  • Missing Information Follow-Up: Proactively identify and follow up on missing or incomplete information required to process claims efficiently. You will communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders to obtain necessary documentation.
