- Accountabilities
- Lead the development of full-funnel media strategies to acquire qualified leads.
- Own media planning, buying, and performance across digital and traditional channels.
- Manage and coach a multidisciplinary team of paid and organic media specialists.
- Serve as the senior authority on media strategy and performance marketing best practices.
- Foster a high-performance team culture focused on accountability and innovation.
- Oversee campaign planning and optimization across multiple media channels.
- Guide audience strategy, budget allocation, and creative testing.
- Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve media performance.

- 12+ years of experience in media, digital marketing, or demand generation.
- Proven leadership experience managing teams and agency partners.
- Deep expertise across paid search, paid social, and performance marketing.
- Experience with traditional media channels like CTV and radio.
- Strong understanding of SEO and conversion rate optimization.
- Proven track record in lead generation and performance marketing.
- Experience informed by audience insights and market research.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
