Position Overview
We are currently seeking an experienced, full-time Remote Call Center Representative to join our growing customer service team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our existing customers, handling order intake, processing, and ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence. Work Schedule & Compensation
This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. We understand the importance of work-life balance, and our scheduling reflects our commitment to providing predictable, consistent hours that allow you to maintain a healthy personal life.

Key Responsibilities
As a vital member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Initiating outbound phone calls to existing customers to process their orders efficiently and accurately
- Receiving incoming customer calls and providing exceptional service with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Performing accurate data entry of customer orders into our system, ensuring all information is captured correctly
- Verifying customer information and order details to minimize errors and enhance customer satisfaction
- Responding to customer inquiries regarding products, services, and order status
- Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records for quality assurance
- Identifying and escalating issues or concerns to appropriate team members or supervisors
- Meeting or exceeding performance metrics related to call handling, accuracy, and customer satisfaction
