  • Multi-Channel Communication: Manage and respond to all internal and external emails, faxes, and written correspondence in a timely manner, ensuring no customer inquiry goes unanswered. Maintain thorough documentation of all interactions in our customer relationship management system.
  • Issue Resolution: Analyze customer concerns carefully to understand the root cause of issues. Develop and implement effective solutions, clearly explaining resolution steps to customers to ensure their complete understanding and satisfaction.
