  • Sales and Promotion: Proactively sell our complete portfolio of snack food products and promotional offerings to customers. Identify opportunities to increase order volumes, introduce new products, and enhance the overall customer experience through consultative selling techniques.

  • Issue Resolution: Effectively handle customer complaints and concerns with calmness and professionalism. Utilize our best-practice guidelines to turn potentially negative situations into positive experiences that strengthen customer loyalty.
