What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Airport Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining our reputation for excellence in passenger service. Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Information Hub: Become the go-to resource for information on flight schedules, departure and arrival times, baggage policies, travel documentation requirements, and destination-specific travel advisories. Your knowledge will empower passengers to travel with confidence.
