Position Overview

This is a 100% remote position that offers the convenience of working from home while remaining fully connected to our team and mission. You'll be the first point of contact for patients, families, and caregivers seeking home care services, playing a crucial role in connecting them with the care they need. Your ability to build rapport, understand needs, and effectively communicate the value of our services will be key to your success.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for helping others, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You'll be handling inbound inquiries, making outbound calls to schedule initial visits, and ensuring every interaction meets our high standards for quality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities


  • Patient Needs Assessment: Effectively identify and analyze customer, family, and caregiver needs through active listening and empathetic engagement. Communicate the comprehensive range of services offered by arenaflex and aid callers in understanding the significant value of our home care solutions.
  • Relationship Building: Establish genuine rapport and meaningful engagement with patients and family members. Successfully schedule the first initial visit, creating a positive pathway to receiving care.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions within our CRM systems while strictly safeguarding Protected Health Information (PHI) in compliance with HIPAA regulations and arenaflex policies.
  • Call Routing & Resolution: Expertly route calls to appropriate departments and team members to ensure first-call resolution whenever possible. Minimize patient effort and maximize satisfaction through efficient problem-solving.
  • Continuous Learning: Actively attend and participate in educational and training activities designed to improve knowledge, skills, and performance levels. Stay current on industry trends, company services, and best practices.
  • Performance Achievement: Meet and exceed both individual and team qualitative and quantitative targets. Contribute to team success while maintaining personal accountability for key performance metrics.
  • Attendance & Reliability: Adhere strictly to attendance requirements and be dependable and punctual for all scheduled shifts. Demonstrate professionalism and commitment to team collaboration.
  • Administrative Support: Perform other administrative duties as assigned, supporting the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our customer service operations.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:


  • High school graduate or GED equivalent required

  • Minimum of two years' experience using CRM applications is required

  • At least one year of experience in an outreach or customer engagement environment is strongly preferred

  • Working knowledge of medical terminology is required

  • Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment

  • Proven ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail

  • Exceptional customer service skills with a consistently positive attitude

  • Strong typing skills with a minimum typing speed of 40 WPM

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)

  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members and cross-functional departments

  • Comfortable working in a remote environment with minimal supervision

Preferred Experience

While not required, the following experience is highly preferred and will strengthen your application:


  • Previous experience in home care or healthcare customer service

  • Background in call center environments

  • Experience with medical scheduling systems

  • Familiarity with insurance verification processes

  • Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid home care benefits

Technical Proficiency

Work Environment & Culture

Schedule & Compensation

This is a full-time position with the following schedule:



  • Hours: Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

  • Shift: 8-hour day shift

  • Work Setting: 100% Remote

  • Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour
