We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Production Support Coordinator to join our Global Production operations team. Position Overview

The Production Support Coordinator will be responsible for fulfilling all programming, activity, partnership, and creation needs across all regions worldwide. This vital role serves as the backbone of our global content operations, ensuring seamless delivery of live content to partnership clients and maintaining the highest standards of broadcast excellence. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with multiple stakeholders, managing complex workflows, and adapting to the ever-evolving demands of live media production.

Key Responsibilities

As a Production Support Coordinator at arenaflex, you will:


  • Manage Programming and Creation Feeds: Fulfill all programming and creation feeds to all regions, including live content delivery to partnership clients around the world. Ensure timely and accurate distribution of content across multiple platforms and geographic locations.
  • Create Clips and Highlights: Produce engaging clips and highlights using our proprietary QCut system, and disseminate the content globally through feed or file delivery mechanisms. Maintain quality control standards throughout the creation process.
  • Content Research and Discovery: Utilize ADT, Media Search, and feed programs to locate and identify content suitable for distribution. Conduct thorough research to ensure the right content reaches the right audiences at the right time.
  • Update Distribution Plans: Maintain and update all Video Connect (VC) and Fiber plans for feedings related to the agencies. Ensure all technical specifications are accurately documented and communicated to relevant stakeholders.
  • Visual Content Creation: Support programming efforts by using Photoshop and Art Chief to create and upload compelling thumbnails for our digital platforms. Upload and manage content distribution to digital platforms across various regions.
  • Daily Feed Reporting: Compile and distribute daily live feed overviews to partnership clients. Ensure all stakeholders receive accurate and timely information about ongoing broadcasts and content deliveries.
  • Issue Coordination and Resolution: Coordinate and investigate any feed issues with internal and external partners. Serve as a key point of contact for troubleshooting technical problems and ensuring minimal disruption to content delivery.
  • Demand Management: Input cut and refeed demands into the Partnership Administrator system for tracking and distribution to regions. Maintain meticulous records of all requests and their resolution status.
  • Technical Platform Management: Execute specialized technical functions within the TVU Maker platform for various global shows. Ensure proper configuration and operation of broadcast equipment and software systems.
  • Equipment Support: Assist the Project Desk with TVU Packs and camera equipment shipments for remote productions. Coordinate logistics to ensure equipment availability for on-location broadcasts.
  • Real-Time Information Sharing: Provide updated information in real-time to all stakeholders, including Edge Store changes, production room changes, and other critical operational updates. Maintain open lines of communication across multiple departments.
  • Administrative Support: Scope of organizational and coordination activities includes routine administrative procedures. Support overall team efficiency through documentation, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
  • File Transfer Management: Demonstrate knowledge of content acquisition and delivery via file transfer protocols including FTP, Relay it, WeTransfer, and other similar platforms.

Essential Qualifications


  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is required. Degrees in Communications, Media Studies, Broadcast Production, or related fields are preferred.
  • Production Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of all Production aspects, including but not limited to: Studio operations, Events coverage, and Electronic News Gathering (ENG). Familiarity with the end-to-end production workflow is essential.
  • Coordination Expertise: Knowledge of assigned areas of coordination, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Process Orientation: Strong understanding of support aspects required by daily operations. Ability to follow established procedures while identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Technical Proficiency: Basic knowledge of Photoshop for image creation and manipulation. Willingness to learn and adapt to new software platforms and tools.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Capable of conveying technical information clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and effectively under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications


  • Industry Experience: Minimum of 2 years of related administrative and production support work experience in a media, broadcasting, or entertainment environment.
  • Language Skills: Bilingual proficiency in Spanish, both written and spoken, is highly desirable. Additional language capabilities are considered a plus.
  • Sports Knowledge: Background or strong interest in sports production and coverage. Familiarity with sports programming workflows and terminology is advantageous.
  • Technical Systems: Prior experience with broadcast management systems, content delivery platforms, and file transfer technologies.
  • Live Production Experience: Understanding of live event production, including remote broadcasts and multi-camera operations.
