The Role: Customer Experience Representative
This isn't your average customer service position. At arenaflex, our Customer Experience Representatives are the frontline ambassadors of our brand. What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Experience Representative at arenaflex, your days will be filled with meaningful interactions that make a real difference. Here's what you can expect:
- Inbound Communication Mastery: You'll be the first point of contact for customers reaching out through telephone, live chat, SMS, and email. Each channel requires its own approach, and you'll become fluent in all of them.
- Problem Resolution Champion: When a customer has an issue, you won't just pass them along – you'll take ownership. Research, resolve, and follow through until the problem is solved. Your goal isn't just to answer questions; it's to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Sometimes, solving a customer's needs requires rallying the troops. You'll coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless problem resolution, acting as the customer's advocate within our organization.
- Quality Assurance: You'll maintain and uphold the highest quality standards in every interaction. Our reputation depends on consistently exceptional service, and you'll be key to preserving that standard.
- Documentation & Follow-Up: Every customer interaction tells a story. You'll ensure all written correspondence is properly documented and follow up promptly on any outstanding matters.
- Escalation Excellence: When situations require manager intervention, you'll skillfully escalate to the Customer Service Manager on duty, providing thorough context to ensure seamless hand-offs.
What We're Looking For: Required Qualifications

Essential Requirements:
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Technical Skills: Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Typing Proficiency: Minimum 50 words per minute
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills – you need to be clear, professional, and empathetic
- Customer Orientation: A genuine desire to help people and solve problems. We want someone who actually enjoys making others' days better
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with team members across departments
- Adaptability: Comfort with working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment where no two days are exactly the same
- Flexibility: Willingness to work overtime when business needs warrant, and adaptability to shift changes based on customer demand
Preferred Qualifications (But Not Required!):
- 1+ years of experience in customer service, help desk, or call center environments
- Typing speed of 60+ words per minute
- Familiarity with website navigation and e-commerce platforms
- Knowledge of apparel construction, fabrication, and various fashion categories

- Internet Requirements: Reliable internet speed of 50 Mbps or greater with Ethernet connection (Wi-Fi is not permitted for this role)
- Bandwidth: Ability to dedicate the majority of your internet bandwidth to work activities during your shift

Compensation & Benefits
