Position Overview

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and analytically gifted Payments Analyst to support our Payments and Financial Services team. This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $25/hour with full-time employment benefits. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the administration of key seller connections, analyzing payment data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Analysis and Problem Solving (25%)

• Conduct thorough analysis of business operations to identify areas for improvement and optimization


• Design and implement process improvements that enhance operational efficiency


• Ensure execution of financial division objectives and targets


• Prepare annual confidential name credit card budgets for all products and business lines


• Lead financial forecasting activities and provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership

2. Strategy Development and Implementation (25%)

• Develop strategies that integrate financial products and services into core business operations


• Identify and pursue new strategic initiatives that drive growth and profitability


• Own and manage projects to ensure timely completion and optimal quality


• Create and execute detailed project plans and execution strategies


• Collaborate with stakeholders to align financial initiatives with business goals

3. Data Analysis and Reporting (25%)

• Collect and analyze data for presentations to Senior Management


• Prepare regular payment metrics reports and performance dashboards


• Attend monthly and quarterly business audits with payment card organizations

4. Project Management and Team Leadership (25%)

• Provide project support and guidance to other team members
