Key Responsibilities

As an integral member of the arenaflex team, you will be responsible for the following essential duties:


  • Document Organization and Filing: Systematically file, scan, and photocopy historical accounting documents in strict accordance with company document retention policies and legal requirements. This includes organizing records dating back to the company's founding, ensuring each document is properly categorized and stored.
  • Invoice Management: Organize current invoices with meticulous attention to detail, actively tracking and locating any missing invoices. You will work closely with the accounting team to identify gaps in documentation and implement solutions to ensure complete record-keeping.
  • Digital Conversion: Convert physical documents into digital formats by scanning and uploading them into appropriate digital repositories. Ensure proper indexing and tagging for easy retrieval and future reference.
  • System Maintenance: Maintain and improve the physical and digital filing systems, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance organization and efficiency. This includes regular audits of existing files and implementation of best practices.
  • Administrative Support: Assist the accounting department in maintaining pristine records, supporting month-end and year-end closing processes, and ensuring all documentation meets regulatory and internal standards.
