We're seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving issues, and providing timely support to our clients. - *Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering incoming calls and responding to customer requests in a timely and professional manner
- Working in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing guidelines and priorities
- Booking appointments for clients with a high degree of data accuracy
- Maintaining excellent written and verbal communication skills, ensuring clear and concise communication with customers
- Identifying and escalating issues to supervisors, ensuring prompt resolution and customer satisfaction
- Informing clients about procedures, answering questions, and providing information in a friendly and respectful manner
- Maintaining and improving quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines
- Collaborating with the team to achieve goals and objectives
- Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
- *Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one year experience in an inbound/outbound call center or retail environment (preferably)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask, speaking on the phone, using the computer, and typing simultaneously
- Ability to type at least 25 words per minute (preferably)
- Experience in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining established quality requirements
- Ability to pass a background check
