• Survey Management: Assist in the administration and processing of online surveys, ensuring respondent data is correctly captured and formatted according to project specifications.
• Product & Service Reviews: Evaluate and categorize consumer reviews, identifying key themes and sentiment that help our clients improve their offerings.
• Quality Assurance: Review data for accuracy, consistency, and completeness. Your keen attention to detail will help maintain the integrity of our research outputs.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain thorough records of all work completed and communicate progress to team leads as required.

Important Technical Requirements:

• This is a telecommuting position – you will work from the comfort of your own home.
• You must have a PC or Mac that is at maximum 3-4 years old to ensure system compatibility.
• Work may not be performed on public computers or public internet connections for security reasons.
• You may use your own secured 3G or 4G connections; however, you will be responsible for data usage costs.
• Note: We are not currently seeking phone-based customer service representatives – all communication is handled through email and ticketing systems.
