Key Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will be responsible for managing financial data with accuracy and efficiency. Your daily tasks will include, but are not limited to:


  • Invoice Processing: Review, code, and accurately enter invoices into the QuickBooks accounting system. Ensure all invoices are properly documented and matched with corresponding purchase orders.

  • Financial Reconciliation: Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities, including reconciling accounts and preparing supporting documentation for audits.
