Position Overview
arenaflex is currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Part-Time Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team in Dallas, TX. What You'll Do
As a Call Center Representative at arenaflex, you will be the frontline ambassador of our brand, delivering outstanding service to every customer who reaches out to us. Your responsibilities will include:
- Customer Interaction: Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times, ensuring every interaction leaves a lasting positive impression.
- Inbound Call Handling: Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing accurate information and solutions in a timely manner.
- Order Processing: Process customer orders with precision and efficiency, including entering data, verifying information, and ensuring order accuracy.
- Payment Processing: Handle payment transactions securely and accurately, maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Customer Support: Ensure complete customer satisfaction by providing professional, knowledgeable, and friendly support to both English and Spanish-speaking customers.
- Sales Enthusiasm: Encourage customers to purchase additional products and services by showcasing the value and benefits of our offerings.

What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
Essential Qualifications:
- Customer Service Experience: A minimum of 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience is required. Call center or phone-based customer service experience is strongly preferred.
- Order Processing Skills: Previous experience in order processing is required, with the ability to manage high-volume transactions accurately.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED (or High School Equivalence Certificate) is required.
- Technical Comfort: Must be comfortable using computers and learning new software systems quickly.
- Emotional Intelligence: Ability to stay calm, composed, and professional when dealing with stressed or upset customers.
- Language Skills: Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a significant plus, as we serve a diverse customer base.
