The starting pay range for this position is $18.24-$22.00 hourly, and the final pay rate will be determined based on experience and internal equity factors. We believe in fair, transparent compensation that reflects your skills and contributions to our team.

What You'll Do
As a Member Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be working in our fast-paced communications center at our corporate headquarters. This is a dynamic, engaging environment where no two days are exactly alike. Here's what you can expect:

- Process Transactions: Handle transfers, payments, and standard account transactions with courtesy and consummate professionalism
- Perform Advanced Transactions: Manage complex operations including IRAs, CDs, account openings, wire transfers, and handle disputes calmly and professionally

Work Environment and Schedule
You'll be asked to work a flexible schedule Monday through Saturday – 40 hours per week. The position requires the use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers, copiers, fax machines, and filing cabinets. The role also requires manual dexterity, the ability to lift files, and manipulate small items. You may be required to bend, stoop, or stand for extended periods while performing your duties.
