(Independent Contractor – 1099)

Medical/Pharmaceutical Sales & Product Education (Non-Clinical Role)

Location: Remote / Nationwide

Classification: Independent Contractor (1099)

Compensation Potential: $80,000 – $800,000+ annually (Commission-based with uncapped earning potential)

Position Overview:

    RxHealing is seeking experienced, highly motivated RxService Representatives to operate as independent contractors (1099) in a remote, field-based sales capacity. This role is responsible for developing and managing pharmacy and provider/prescriber relationships, generating new business opportunities, and representing RxHealing’s solutions in a professional and compliant manner.Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with qualified pharmacies & healthcare providers
  • Educate pharmacies & providers on RxHealing’s products and service offerings using approved materials
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and follow-ups in accordance with company guidelines
  • Maintain accurate activity tracking and reporting in HubSpot
  • Develop and execute growth strategy
  • Operate in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and healthcare regulations
  • Uphold RxHealing’s brand standards and professional code of conduct

Compliance & Professional Standards

    RxService Representatives must:
  • Complete our virtual "LightSpeed Training Modules"
  • Represent products only as approved by RxHealing marketing and compliance guidelines
  • Avoid making unapproved clinical claims or guarantees
  • Operate in accordance with applicable healthcare laws and ethical sales practices
  • Protect confidential and proprietary information
  • Independent contractors are responsible for their own business expenses, taxes, licensure, and scheduling.
    Qualifications:
  • Proven success in medical, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sales
  • preferred
  • Existing relationships with pharmacies, regenerative medicine providers and wound care providers
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to understand and present technical healthcare solutions
  • Self-directed*

  • Professional presence and high ethical standards
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, or related field preferred
