If you're a PSYPACT-authorized psychologist (PsyD or PhD) with an active APIT and E.Passport, this is your opportunity to serve a curated clientele of driven professionals while building a flexible, autonomous practice on your terms. Your doctorate-level training commands a premium, and your compensation reflects that.

Key Responsibilities
• Deliver exceptional virtual therapy sessions tailored to each client's goals, including standard, extended, and intensive formats
• Complete EHR documentation within 48 hours
• Maintain current schedule availability, licensure, and PSYPACT authorization status
• Collaborate with the CEREVITY care team as needed

Qualifications
• Active, unrestricted PsyD or PhD in Psychology with current PSYPACT APIT + E.Passport authorization
• Licensed in good standing in your home state
• Minimum 1 year post-licensure clinical experience
• Availability for 5–20 sessions per week
• Comfortable with EHR systems, video platforms, and digital tools
• Preferred: Experience with high-achievers navigating anxiety, burnout, imposter syndrome, career transitions, or relationship dynamics

• Competitive Pay: $100 per standard session (50 min). Extended 90-minute sessions pay $185. 3-hour intensive sessions pay $340. Longer sessions earn more because we value the deeper clinical work. Bi-weekly direct deposit.

• Contractor Note: As a 1099 independent contractor, you manage your own taxes, malpractice insurance, and equipment. Maximum flexibility, but no traditional employee benefits (health coverage, PTO, etc.).
