Key Responsibilities

- Warm Welcome and Seamless Access: Greet all Card Members upon their arrival at the lounge with genuine warmth, efficiency, and professionalism. Ensure a smooth, welcoming check-in process that sets the tone for an exceptional experience from the very first moment.
- End-to-End Experience Ownership: Take complete accountability for each client's experience, serving as their dedicated point of contact throughout their visit. From arrival to departure, ensure every interaction is personalized, attentive, and memorable.
