The Opportunity: Remote Customer Support Specialist
We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Customer Support Specialist to join our growing team. This is a full-time remote position, meaning you can work from the comfort of your own home anywhere in the United States. What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, your daily activities will be diverse, engaging, and directly impactful to our clients' success. Here's what you can expect:
- Customer Ticket Management: Respond to incoming customer support tickets with speed and accuracy. You'll answer questions, resolve issues related to existing orders, and ensure every customer feels heard, valued, and satisfied with their experience.
- High-Volume Phone Support: Manage phone calls from customers seeking assistance with existing orders, as well as new customers learning how to place orders through our online platform. Your patience and communication skills will be key to guiding callers through our processes.
- Email Correspondence: Craft thoughtful, professional responses to customer emails addressing questions, concerns, and inquiries. You'll also handle internal department queries related to orders and payment processing, as well as communicate with our network of process servers in the field.
- Documentation & Knowledge Management: Maintain detailed records of issues, resolutions, and process improvements in our Confluence system. Your documentation will help the team learn from challenges and continuously improve our service delivery.
- Court Docket Research: Visit court dockets to gather critical case filing information. Occasionally, you may be tasked with pulling filed papers—a responsibility that offers unique insight into the legal filing process.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other teams to ensure all necessary tasks are completed on orders. Your ability to coordinate and communicate across departments will be essential to seamless service delivery.
- Additional Duties: Perform other job-related duties as assigned, embracing the dynamic nature of our operations with flexibility and enthusiasm.
What We're Looking For: Qualifications & Skills
Essential Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required
- Experience: 1-3 years of customer support or call center experience, preferably assisting customers over the phone
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PDF editors, and various phone systems
- Document Manipulation: Experience editing, organizing, and managing documents with accuracy
- Language Skills: Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
- Typing Speed: Minimum of 55 words per minute
