What You'll Do

  • Background Check: Must successfully pass our comprehensive background check, ensuring trust and safety for all.

Technical Requirements:

  • Workspace: A dedicated work area large enough to accommodate computer monitors, free from distractions, and free from background noise that could impact the customer experience.
  • Video-Ready Environment: Your work area must be acceptable for webcam use during team meetings and collaborative sessions.
  • Internet Connection: A reliable wired, high-speed internet connection with broadband speeds of at least 30 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload. You can test your speed at speedtest.net or contact your service provider for verification.
  • Authentication Device: A cell phone or tablet capable of supporting two-factor authentication through Okta Verify. This can be a smartphone with the Okta mobile app downloaded, or a cell phone that can receive SMS messages and phone calls.

Don't worry about equipment – we'll provide your computer, monitor, keyboard, mouse, headset, and webcam! You simply need to provide the high-speed internet connection.
