The Role: Sales and Customer Service Manager
As the Sales and Customer Service Manager at arenaflex, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our Doral spa. This position requires a unique blend of sales expertise, leadership abilities, and a genuine passion for wellness. You will be responsible for driving membership growth, analyzing spa performance, implementing effective sales strategies, and ensuring that every guest receives an outstanding experience from the moment they walk through our doors.
Your ability to train, motivate, and develop our front desk sales professionals will be critical to your success. You will serve as a role model, demonstrating excellence in customer service, sales techniques, and professional conduct. Additionally, you will actively seek out new business opportunities, build strong relationships with existing clients, and identify ways to differentiate our spa from competitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Membership Growth: Promote our membership-based model, develop strategies to increase membership conversion rates, and maximize retention. You will implement effective sales approaches that expand our reach and attract new clients while strengthening relationships with existing guests.
- Lead and Train Front Desk Sales Professionals: Train, coach, and mentor front desk staff to meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals. Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement among the entire team.
