About This Role

We're looking for a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join our customer success team and help support our growing community of holistic practitioners. This is a contractor position that offers the flexibility of remote work while being an integral part of a dynamic, mission-driven team.

This role represents a unique blend of traditional customer service and customer success. You'll be the frontline ambassador for our practitioner community, ensuring they have the tools, knowledge, and support they need to succeed on our platform. From resolving technical issues to guiding new practitioners through their onboarding journey, every interaction you have will contribute to our overarching goal: becoming the premier platform for holistic healthcare booking and management.

Key Responsibilities


  • Ticket Resolution: Respond promptly and professionally to customer support tickets from practitioners, addressing their questions, concerns, and technical issues with empathy and expertise.

  • Payment Tracking: Monitor and track client payments, ensuring all transactions are processed accurately and resolving any discrepancies that may arise.

  • Live Onboarding: Host engaging onboarding sessions for new practitioners via Zoom, guiding them through platform setup, profile optimization, and best practices for success.

  • Ongoing Support Calls: Conduct live support calls to assist practitioners with platform navigation, feature utilization, and troubleshooting.

  • Customer Success Initiatives: Proactively identify opportunities to help practitioners maximize their presence on the platform and grow their client base.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to relay practitioner feedback and contribute to platform improvements.

  • Documentation: Create and maintain helpful resources, FAQs, and guides to empower practitioners to find answers independently.

  • Ad-Hoc Projects: Embrace the dynamic nature of startup life by taking on various tasks that contribute to team and company objectives.

Essential Qualifications


  • Experience: Minimum of 2+ years in customer service or customer success roles, demonstrating a track record of delivering exceptional support experiences.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and professionally.

  • Autonomous Mindset: Self-starter with strong problem-solving abilities and a "figure-it-out" attitude when faced with new challenges.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Starting Salary: $32,000 - $36,000 USD (contractor position)
