IT Field Service Technician

YourIT is a company based in Oklahoma City that focuses on improving people's lives through technology strategies. They are seeking an On-Site IT Support Technician who will be responsible for assisting clients with troubleshooting and installation of various IT needs, while also engaging in ongoing learning and development.

Responsibilities

• Client Engagement: Elevate client experiences, turning them into advocates
• On-Site Support: Be the primary field technician assisting clients with troubleshooting and installation of a wide variety of needs, including servers, networking, PC installation, printers, and other equipment
• Technical Support: Take Help Desk calls occasionally as needed in a roll over or overflow capacity
• Continued Learning: Constantly grow both technically and personally

Skills

• Exposure to and basic knowledge of Windows servers and desktops
• Experience working in a B2B setting
• Essential knowledge of networking
• Ability to install and troubleshoot basic small business networks
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities with adaptability and quick learning
• High standards in task execution, collaboration, and relationship building
• Balancing big-picture thinking with attention to detail
• Ability and space to work remotely, if desired
