What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities
As an Inbound Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the frontline voice of our company, interacting with customers who rely on us for the products and solutions they need to run their businesses. - Respond to a high volume of inbound phone calls from customers seeking product information, order placement assistance, and troubleshooting support. You'll be the friendly, knowledgeable professional they turn to when they need help fast.

Essential Qualifications
To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent — This is the minimum educational requirement, and we value diverse backgrounds and experiences.
- At least 1 year of customer service experience — Whether you've worked in retail, hospitality, call centers, or another customer-facing role, we've got a place for you!
- Ability to commute to our training facility — You'll need to be able to travel to our Waterloo, IA location (827 Fisher Drive, Waterloo, IA 50701) for the initial training period and for regular onsite days once you transition to hybrid work.
- A secure, dedicated workspace at home — When working remotely, you'll need a quiet, professional environment free from distractions where you can focus on delivering excellent customer service.
- Proficiency in multitasking with PC-based programs — You'll need to be comfortable operating and navigating multiple applications simultaneously, as this is a core part of the job.
- Stable, high-speed internet connection — Must provide proof of internet speeds greater than 5 megabits per second upload, 15 megabits per second download, with ping less than 80 milliseconds to ensure reliable connectivity for remote work.

We know how important work-life balance is, which is why we've designed a schedule that lets you enjoy your evenings and weekends! You'll work Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Central Time — that's right, weekends are completely off!

You'll learn about our products, systems, and customer service best practices from experienced trainers who are invested in your success. On your first day, you'll be provided with all the equipment you need, including a laptop, dual monitors, keyboard, and accessories.
Flexible Hybrid Work Model
After successfully completing your 8-week training academy, team members who meet our work-from-home requirements will enjoy a hybrid work environment. This means you'll work three days onsite at our Waterloo facility and two days from the comfort of your home each week. Even better — you can choose which days you prefer to work from home and can change your schedule weekly based on your personal preferences!
As you grow in your role, you may earn additional flexibility to work from home up to 5 days per week. You'll also be eligible to participate in a bidding process for alternate work shifts, giving you even more control over your schedule.
