  • Receiving, picking, and stowing customer orders, processing returns, and preparing for delivery

  • Managing responsibilities for a Locker+ location, including opening and closing site, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standard
  • Utilizing technology such as smartphones and handheld devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders, staying up-to-date with the latest tools and systems
  • Receiving truck deliveries, ensuring that all packages are processed and stored efficiently
  • *Requirements and Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a retail or warehouse environment
