This pivotal position is a vital member of the Compliance Group within our People/HR Division. As an HR Compliance Analyst, you'll be responsible for maintaining legal and regulatory compliance by researching and implementing requirements that keep our organization operating at the highest standards of integrity and security.

What You'll Do

As an HR Compliance Analyst at arenaflex, your responsibilities will span multiple domains, requiring attention to detail, strong analytical abilities, and excellent communication skills. Here's what you can expect:


  • Support the HR Compliance Team: Assist the HR Compliance group and Operations with diverse duties, including obtaining fingerprint/identity verification results and processing fingerprint clearance letters while maintaining strict confidentiality and accuracy.

  • Maintain External Partnerships: Build and sustain relationships with Transportation Security Administration (TSA), Airport Authority Boards, U.S. Customs and Border Protection, and U.S. Postal Services to ensure seamless compliance operations.

  • Documentation Management: Handle faxing and scanning of U.S. Customs results, maintaining meticulous records and ensuring all documentation is properly filed and accessible.

  • Database Management: Process daily FBI fingerprints into the Access database system and troubleshoot any database issues that may arise, ensuring data integrity and security.

  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Prepare and analyze HR Compliance data across various accounts, working closely with HRIS and EC systems to generate actionable insights.

  • Advanced Investigations: Conduct advanced investigations, create custom reports and dashboards, and normalize all data used for HR Compliance purposes.

  • Quality Assurance: Review completed Fingerprint Applications for accuracy and handle any retransmission of fingerprints to the TSA Clearinghouse as needed.

  • Client Interaction: Interface with clients and team members regularly, providing updates, resolving concerns, and ensuring smooth communication channels.

We're looking for candidates who bring a combination of education, experience, and skills that will enable them to excel in this role. While we value formal qualifications, we also recognize that the right candidate may have equivalent experience that demonstrates their capability.

Minimum Qualifications


  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred; however, equivalent experience will be considered.

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with a focus on compliance, background checks, or administrative operations.

  • Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data modeling.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret large datasets and develop meaningful, actionable reports that drive business decisions.

Preferred Qualifications


  • Experience with Criminal History Records Check (CHRC) processes and procedures

  • Working knowledge of and exposure to the TSA Clearinghouse database

  • Advanced Microsoft Access database management skills

  • Previous experience in regulated industries requiring high-level security clearances

  • Policy Application: Capacity to oversee fair and consistent application of company policies and government requirements

  • Training & Communication: Ability to educate business units on government requirements, internal and external processes, and outcomes

  • Teamwork: Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment

  • Regulatory Knowledge: Working knowledge of Criminal History Records Check (CHRC) applications and procedures

  • Systems Experience: Familiarity with the TSA Clearinghouse database and related compliance systems
