Position Overview: Healthcare Customer Service Representative

  • Typing Speed: Ability to type at least 25 words per minute with accuracy.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with the capacity to convey information clearly and professionally.

  • Problem-Solving: Strong logical reasoning and analytical skills to address customer issues effectively.

  • Organization: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
