Position Overview: Global Equity Consultant

We are currently seeking a talented and detail-oriented Global Equity Consultant to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the management of our equity-based compensation programs, ensuring operational excellence and compliance across our global operations. As a Global Equity Consultant at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in supporting our equity plan administration functions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, human resources, legal, and external partners, to ensure the accurate and timely processing of equity transactions. This position requires a strong attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

What You'll Do for Us

As a Consultant, Global Equity, you will contribute to a team that delivers comprehensive stock plan management by:


  • Performing daily, weekly, and monthly proactive data audits to ensure operational compliance of equity-based long-term incentive plans and stock purchase plans, maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and regulatory compliance.

  • Processing the release of Performance Share Unit (PSU), Restricted Stock Unit (RSU), and stock purchase plan matching share awards with precision and attention to timelines.

  • Reviewing equity transaction activity, including transactions related to stock option exercises, RSU and PSU releases, and stock purchase plan activities, to ensure accurate and timely purchase, release, settlement, and reporting.

  • Researching, tracking, and responding to questions received from participants, system partners, or other stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.

  • Supporting equity-based long-term incentive award grant processes and stock purchase plan enrollment activities throughout the year.

  • Producing ad-hoc data analytics or reporting in support of ongoing operations and strategic initiatives.

  • Reviewing and maintaining equity management systems and documentation to ensure data integrity and process efficiency.

  • Performing other equity plan management tasks as requested, contributing to the overall success of the team and organization.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education & Experience


  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field is required. Equivalent work experience will also be considered.

  • At least 1 year of experience in stock plan management, payroll, tax, accounting, or a comparable area is strongly preferred.

  • Experience working with various stock plan products, including stock options, Performance Share Units, Restricted Stock Units, and stock purchase plans, is highly desirable.

  • Familiarity with equity compensation structures and global equity plan administration is a plus.

Technical Skills & Competencies


  • Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, systems, and processes quickly in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong understanding of HRIS systems, with specific experience in Workday preferred, including knowledge of methods and interrelationships of data transfers.

  • Proficiency in data analysis with the ability to analyze complex information and convert findings into clear, actionable recommendations.

  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with reporting and analytics tools.

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
