What You'll Do

As a Front Desk Receptionist and Guest Services Specialist at arenaflex, your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of duties designed to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences. Here's what you can expect:


  • Warm Welcome & Departure: Greet all guests with genuine enthusiasm and professionalism as they arrive, creating an immediate sense of comfort and belonging. Assist with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Reservation Management: Handle online bookings and phone reservations with precision and attention to detail. Maintain our booking system, ensuring availability is accurately reflected and guest preferences are noted for personalized service.
  • Guest Inquiry Resolution: Respond promptly and professionally to all guest inquiries, whether in person, by phone, or through digital channels. Address complaints and concerns with empathy, finding creative solutions that turn potentially negative situations into positive outcomes.
  • Local Expertise: Serve as a knowledgeable resource for guests, providing personalized recommendations about local attractions, restaurants, cultural events, and hidden gems in Old San Juan. Go above and beyond to ensure guests make the most of their visit to our beautiful city.
  • Transportation & Logistics: Assist guests with arranging transportation, including taxi services, rideshare coordination, and recommendations for car rental agencies. Help coordinate special requests and ensure guests have all necessary information for a smooth stay.
