Freelance Event Producer – Brand Activations

This role is ideal for an experienced event producer passionate about delivering high-impact brand activations and experiential campaigns for major consumer brands. You will be responsible for managing the entire event production lifecycle, from interpreting creative briefs to executing flawless on-site experiences. The position is remote and contract-to-perm, offering the opportunity to work closely with a founding team and make a significant impact on campaign outcomes.

You will coordinate with vendors, oversee timelines, and ensure every detail is meticulously managed in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Deliverables
• Lead end-to-end production of brand activations, pop-ups, and campaign events
• Interpret creative briefs and translate them into actionable production plans
• Manage event timelines, budgets, and logistics from concept through execution
• Source, negotiate, and manage vendor relationships to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness
• Oversee on-site event setup, execution, and breakdown, ensuring seamless delivery
• Collaborate with creative, account, and client teams to align on objectives and deliverables
• Troubleshoot and resolve production challenges in real time
• Ensure all events meet brand standards and client expectations

Requirements
• Proven experience producing experiential and brand activation events for consumer-facing clients
• Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments
• Excellent vendor management, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to interpret creative briefs and translate them into production plans
• Proficiency with event production tools and software
• Availability for remote work and occasional on-site event support as needed
• Flexible, solutions-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
