Known for high-quality craftsmanship and distinctive silhouettes, it appeals to fashion-forward individuals seeking both comfort and statement pieces. </p><p><p><b>Job Description </b> </p> </p><p>The key responsibilities of this FP and A Specialist role will be: </p><li>Optimise the use of financial and business information, develop and prepare local management reports to support Business in decision making </li><li>Perform the financial report analysis before monthly closing process finalised by local accounting team </li><li>Analyze monthly/quarterly P&L, Profit Contribution, all kinds of reports and discuss the deviation from budget with relevant business managers; discuss / monitor action plans to overcome negative deviations </li><li>Being the local planning Coordinator and responsible for local internal planning calendar (budget, forecast, mid-term financial plan) </li><li>Support both local/OHQ business team during the planning process with tool support, reviewing and questioning planning result </li><li>Frequent communication with business function to drive strategy forward and achieve target planned </li><li>Periodic forecasting and concrete gap analysis compared to actual result to meet bottom line finalized </li><li>Actively communicate with OHQ finance team for finance related work </li><li>Support both local/OHQ business team with both daily/adhoc request to meet their needs for finance related work </li><li>Addressing Special Issues such as Impairment, Leases, M&A and Provisions </li><li>Ensures J-Sox internal controls are correctly and accurately executed </li><li>Processing invoices and payments to ensure smooth cash flow, and analysing financial data to help manage budgets and suggest ways to reduce costs. </li><li>Support any other tasks that maybe be necessary and requested </li><p><p><b>The Successful Applicant </b> </p> </p><p>The successful FP and A Specialist should have: </p><li>5+ years\' experience in Finance or Accounting or Planning </li><li>Experience in retail or fashion industry preferred </li><li>Experience in SAP system is preferred </li><li>Analytical and process oriented </li><li>Good collaboration, interpersonal and communication skill </li><li>Proven problem solving and time management skills with an ability to prioritize </li><li>Self-confident to drive the result </li><li>Teamwork and open-minded </li><li>Intermediate MS-Excel skills </li><p><p><b>What\'s on Offer </b> </p> </p><p>The successful FP&A Specialist will receive: </p><li>A competitive salary of up to £70,000 per annum </li><li>Hybrid working pattern </li><li>Fixed and discretionary b onus scheme </li><li>Employee discount scheme </li><li>Central London location </li>

Salary: GBP 42000 - 84000 per year
