Key Responsibilities
- Customer Inquiry Resolution: Work collaboratively with consumers to answer product information requests and resolve queries in a skillful, professional, and empathetic manner

- Language Proficiency: Fluent level of Finnish with exceptional grammar and spelling skills – you should be able to communicate naturally and professionally in written and spoken Finnish
- English Communication: High level of English, both written and spoken, with the ability to articulate clearly and professionally
