Financial Planning Analysis Analyst

## Responsibilities
Drive budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting
Partner with accounting on the month-end close process and reconciliations
Prepare consolidated accounts and deliver insightful reporting to the Group
Build and maintain financial models, dashboards, and scenario analyses to support decision-making
Monitor costs, analyze deviations, and strengthen the controlling function across departments
Provide performance insights to leadership and ensure financial discipline
Ensure accounting accuracy and alignment with GAAP/IFRS principles
Collaborate closely with accounting to understand the mechanics behind P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow entries
Contribute to continuous improvement of finance and accounting processes

## RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA, CFA, CPA a plus)3–5 years of experience in FP&A, accounting, or corporate financeStrong accounting expertise and deep understanding of GAAP/IFRSIn-depth knowledge of P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and the accounting entries behind themStrong Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, financial modelling); proficiency in visualization tools (Power BI preferred)
