As an Experienced Virtual Assistant / Airbnb Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for managing and assisting with our short-term rental operations. This will include:
- Managing guest communications, resolving issues, and providing accurate information about our properties and neighborhoods
- Processing reservations, coordinating housekeeping, and arranging amenities
- Working closely with our property owners to ensure their properties are well-maintained and guest-ready
- Collaborating with our team to resolve complex issues and improve our operations
- *Key Responsibilities**
- Guest and Reservation Management: + Respond to guest inquiries in a timely and efficient manner+ Resolve guest issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner+ Process reservations and ensure accurate information is provided to guests
- Virtual Property Management: + Coordinate with property owners to ensure their properties are well-maintained and guest-ready+ Arrange amenities and services as needed+ Monitor property performance and provide insights to property owners
- Cleaner Management, Scheduling, and Coordination: + Schedule and coordinate cleaning services for our properties+ Ensure that properties are cleaned and ready for guests+ Monitor cleaner performance and provide feedback to property owners

- Maintain a quick response rate to all inquiries (less than 1 hour)
- Resolve all guest issues with a high sense of urgency (less than 3 hours or ASAP)
- Contribute to a review rating of 4.8 or higher
- *Essential Qualifications**
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- 2+ years of vacation rental customer service or hotel experience
- Must be available to work during normal U.S. business hours (EST)

- Experience with Airbnb customer service
- Ability to work with multiple technology platforms in a fast-paced environment and learn new technologies as needed
- Familiarity with property management software and systems
