  • *Responsibilities**

As a Vacation Rental Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling all daily guest communications (text/email/platform) in a professional and timely manner, ensuring that our guests receive the highest level of service and support.
  • Resolving guest inquiries and resolving them in accordance with our standard operating procedures, ensuring that our guests' needs are met and exceeded.
  • Coordinating with vendors to schedule periodic and emergency repairs to our vacation rental properties, ensuring that our properties are always in top condition.
  • Managing the turn process for every unit, ensuring that every cleaning team is properly assigned and that our properties are always clean and ready for our guests.
  • Helping to develop processes and systems to improve the overall guest experience, ensuring that we're always innovating and improving.
  • Providing timely reviews of guests on AirBnB and Vrbo platforms, helping to increase our visibility and exposure to potential guests.
  • Writing engaging blog posts about vacation rentals on our company website, increasing our exposure and visibility to potential guests.
  • *Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 2 years of remote customer service experience with US-based businesses, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.
  • Experience in the vacation rental industry, with a deep understanding of the industry and its challenges.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft and Google Suite, with experience using CRM software and other tools.
  • Familiarity with Slack, Notion, Field Scheduling, and other software used by our team.
  • Reliable internet/WiFi and excellent audio quality with minimal to zero background noise.
  • Excellent English and Spanish (written and spoken) language skills.
  • A strong work ethic and track record of delivering results, with a focus on customer satisfaction and experience.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a remote team, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.

As a remote employee, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. Our standard working hours are:

  • Monday to Friday: 10:00 am to 6:00 pm PDT
