As a Senior Financial Analyst on our NACF team, you'll work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment that's always evolving. You'll collaborate with Ops and Support teams to drive business growth, optimize operations, and improve customer satisfaction. Your days will be filled with:
- Analyzing financial data to inform business decisions and drive growth
- Developing and maintaining financial models and reports to support operational excellence
- Collaborating with Senior Leaders in Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Procurement, Accounting, HR, and Technology to drive business outcomes
- Identifying opportunities to improve finance and business processes, and implementing changes to drive efficiency and effectiveness
- Traveling up to 20% throughout the year to support multiple sites and drive business growth
- *Key Responsibilities**
As a Senior Financial Analyst on our NACF team, you'll be responsible for:
- **Business Finance Support**: Using your financial knowledge and business acumen to build financial models and analyses, and making recommendations that drive business growth and operational excellence.
- **Controllership**: Owning the financial reporting for a business area, identifying and solving complex data integrity issues, and developing and executing data analysis processes that are scalable and auditable.
- **Communication**: Effectively communicating financial data and complex finance issues to business leaders and stakeholders, and creating effective business partnerships with Site Leaders.
- **Team Leadership**: Developing and mentoring activities, and leveraging diverse perspectives to drive business growth and operational excellence.
- *Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 3+ years of experience in tax, finance, or a related analytical field
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
- Strong financial knowledge and business acumen
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate complex finance issues effectively to business leaders and stakeholders
- *Preferred Qualifications**
If you have:
- 3+ years of experience participating in continuous improvement projects to scale and improve controllership with measurable results
- MBA or CPA
- Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (e.g., SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)
- Knowledge of SQL/ETL
