**Experienced Senior Director, Global Head, Adversarial Abuse/Analytics – Web Security and Trust Operations**

We're seeking an experienced Senior Director, Global Head, Adversarial Abuse/Analytics to lead our efforts in identifying and mitigating adversarial abuse, while driving business growth and innovation.

• *Job Summary**

As the Senior Director, Global Head, Adversarial Abuse/Analytics, you'll be responsible for leading our Adversarial Abuse team in identifying and mitigating threats from adversaries, including account takeovers, spam, and commitment misuse. You'll also lead our Business Analytics team in producing insights, estimating uncaught badnesses, and distributing transparency reports for countries around the world. This role requires strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Lead the Adversarial Abuse team in identifying and mitigating threats from adversaries, including account takeovers, spam, and commitment misuse
• Collaborate with the Business Analytics team to produce insights, estimate uncaught badnesses, and distribute transparency reports for countries around the world
• Understand, anticipate, and intelligently moderate risks from new, scaling industry patterns (e.g., generative AI)
• Work with the Strategy Development team to create policies using account, social, and content signals to describe harmful behavior
• Deliver high-quality and productive operational execution (e.g., quality, service levels) in a global team working 24x7
• Attract, retain, develop, and foster exceptional talent
• Manage accelerations with quick turnaround times required to circle back, provide data and content-driven insights, and implement solutions while building relationships with key cross-functional partners to launch new products and policies that effectively prevent adversarial abuse

• *Essential Qualifications**

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., computer science, mathematics, statistics)
• At least 4 years of experience in a related field, including 2 years of experience in risk management, anti-abuse, and data analysis
• Strong understanding of data analysis, machine learning, and data visualization
• Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders

• *Preferred Qualifications**

• Postgraduate education in a related field (e.g., computer science, mathematics, statistics)
• At least 2 years of experience in investigating large datasets and anomaly detection
• Experience or demonstrated interest in adversarial abuse activities
• Knowledge of SQL, R, and Matlab
• Exceptional influencing and leadership skills, with the ability to build relationships with cross-functional partners
