As a Senior Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the execution of less experienced Client Service Agents, new or upgraded services, and procedural changes, and the overall effectiveness of the team
  • Providing input and presenting plans to improve or implement processes and tools with a general customer service impact
  • Performing complex customer service tasks, including handling incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and chats
  • Providing subject matter expertise and translation of procedures to less experienced Client Service Agents and guidance to meet defined efficiency and performance objectives
  • Collaborating with the team and communicating with internal and external stakeholders
  • Suggesting areas for improvement and implementing process enhancements
  • Utilizing various systems to research and resolve issues with client addresses on statements
  • Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of arenaflex products and services to provide accurate and timely information to clients
  • *Required Capabilities:**
  • 4+ years of customer service, financial services, or contact center experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • Strong customer service skills, with a focus on resolving complex issues and delivering exceptional client experiences
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and collaboration
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Microsoft Access and other software applications
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and use search tools to find information
