As a Remote Recruiter for Customer Service, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various customer service roles within arenaflex. Your primary duties will include:

  • Conducting full-cycle recruiting for various positions within the organization, from initial candidate sourcing to final placement
  • Sourcing and attracting candidates using a variety of methods, including job boards, social media, and networking
  • Reviewing resumes and applications to determine candidate qualifications and fit for the role
  • Conducting phone screens and interviews to assess candidate fit and provide recommendations to hiring managers
  • Coordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring managers to ensure timely placements
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand position requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies
  • Providing guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
  • Conducting reference checks and background screenings as needed
  • Extending job offers and negotiating terms of employment

To be successful in this role, you will need:
