Position Overview: Remote Part-Time Customer Experience Associate

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our Customer Experience team in a part-time remote capacity. This role offers approximately 20 hours per week, with flexibility to adjust between 15-29 hours based on business needs – particularly during our peak seasonal periods.

Training Requirements: All new team members must complete our comprehensive 4-week virtual training program, scheduled Monday through Friday from 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM EST. This training period includes orientation, product education, system training, and soft skills development to prepare you for success. Upon completion, you will be required to pass an assessment to demonstrate your knowledge before beginning your part-time shifts.

Available Shift Times: We offer multiple shift options to accommodate various schedules. Please note that all times are listed in EST:


  • Saturday – Tuesday, 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM EST

  • Sunday – Wednesday, (Sunday 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM & Monday-Wednesday 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM EST)

  • Monday – Friday, 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM EST

  • Monday/Tuesday/Thursday/Friday, 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM EST

  • Wednesday – Saturday (Wednesday-Friday 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM & Saturday 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM EST)

Compensation & Eligibility

Starting Pay Rate:



  • $16.00/hour: Massachusetts, Colorado, Oregon, Texas, Illinois, Arizona, Florida, Virginia

  • $14.50/hour: Tennessee, Kansas

Location Requirements: This is a remote position, but unfortunately, we cannot accept international candidates at this time. You must be a permanent resident of one of the following states to be eligible: Massachusetts, Colorado, Oregon, Texas, Illinois, Arizona, Florida, Virginia, Tennessee, or Kansas.

What You'll Do as a Customer Experience Associate

As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring every customer receives the outstanding service they deserve. Here's what your day-to-day will look like:


  • Omnichannel Support: Deliver exceptional service through multiple communication channels including live chat, phone, SMS, and email. You'll be the friendly voice (or text) that customers encounter when they reach out to arenaflex.

  • Brand Ambassadorship: Serve as a proud ambassador of arenaflex, consistently championing our core values and mission to democratize fashion for everyone.

  • Product Expertise: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all arenaflex products, including fit information, style options, and inventory availability. Become the expert customers turn to for style advice.

  • Personalized Styling: Assist customers in finding the perfect pieces for their individual style preferences and upcoming events. Help them feel confident and beautiful!

  • Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with the utmost care and respect. Listen actively to their concerns and offer creative, effective solutions that align with our brand values.

  • Performance Excellence: Deliver personalized service while meeting both quality and productivity goals. Balance efficiency with the personal touch that sets arenaflex apart.

  • Continuous Improvement: Share valuable customer feedback and insights with team members and leadership to help evolve and enhance the overall customer experience.

Technical & Professional Requirements

To ensure you can perform at your best in this remote role, we require the following:


  • Technical Aptitude: Strong problem-solving skills and comfort with learning new systems and technologies.

  • Computer Proficiency: Familiarity with G Suite, Google Chrome Browser, Slack, Zoom, and other common business communication tools.

  • Reliable Internet Connection: High-speed internet access provided by a cable or fiber provider with a minimum download speed of 10 Mbps. (Note: arenaflex will provide a laptop and headset for your work.)
