We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Remote Email Chat Representative and Call Centre Support to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our client services team, you will act as a liaison, providing services information, answering questions, and resolving any emerging problems that our clients' accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. - *Responsibilities:**
As a Remote Email Chat Representative and Call Centre Support, you will be responsible for:
- Identifying and assessing clients' needs to achieve satisfaction and build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools to meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
- Handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; following up to ensure resolution
- Keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and filing documents
- Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to take the extra mile to engage clients
- Collaborating with the team to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and service standards
- *Key Qualifications:**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative, with a track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening, with the ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively, with a high school diploma or equivalent
- *Preferred Qualifications:**

- Experience working in a remote or call centre environment
