As a Remote Data Entry Specialist, you will contribute to our commitment to continuous improvement by ensuring data accuracy, driving member engagement, and providing valuable insights. Your role will involve:

  • **Key Responsibilities:**


  • Drive member satisfaction through focused, strategic outreach.

  • Develop and manage member campaigns, conducting evaluation reviews.

  • Collaborate with provider management and procurement to implement member outreach campaigns.

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with provider families.

  • Serve as a quality champion, measuring and tracking the effectiveness of initiatives impacting customer satisfaction, cost management, and operational efficiency.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to drive service improvements for internal and external clients.

  • Conduct quality evaluations/audits to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.

  • Identify and report errors to relevant teams.

  • Assist with the day-to-day operations of the assigned functional unit.

  • Perform data analysis to identify and communicate trends.

  • Participate in special projects and reviews as needed.

  • Provide technical or process-related expertise on policies, strategies, and systems.

  • *Required Qualifications:**
  • **2+ years of experience** in member outreach, healthcare marketing, or related fitness experience.
  • **Customer service or call center experience**.
  • **Strong aptitude for working with data**.
  • **Ability to work independently with meticulous attention to detail**.
  • **Excellent verbal and written communication skills**.
  • **2+ years of experience** with PC, keyboard navigation, multiple systems and programs, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).
  • *Desired Qualifications:**
  • **Bachelor's degree**.
  • **QNT experience**.
  • **Project management experience**.
  • **Analytical mindset**.
  • *Education:**
  • **High school diploma or GED required**.
